FIRM PHILOSOPHY


The Law Office Corwin A. Townsend, believes that too many good people in Arizona are being branded as "sex offenders" or even worse, as "sexual predators," without just cause.  At the Law Office of Corwin A. Townsend, we are dedicated to changing the way that regular citizens are treated at the hands of the government.  We believe in the "presumption of innocence."  We believe just because you are accused of  a crime does not mean that you are guilty.  Further, we attack the government's case at its core.   Specifically, we declare war on Arizona's Dangerous Crime Against Children statute.  We believe that the government often abuses its power when making this accusation.
